Terms of BFCM Sale
Black Friday + Cyber Monday Sale
November 27 – December 1 (midnight to midnight)
Overview
The BFCM sale offers 30% off sitewide on eligible retail products for a limited time. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. This is our largest sale of the year and is available for online retail orders only, while inventory lasts.
Eligibility
– Retail orders placed online through our website
– All standard jars, novelty shapes, and room + linen sprays
– Bundles and sample sets (unless otherwise noted on product page)
– One discount code allowed per order
- We can’t apply discounts to past purchases. Sale pricing is only valid during the BFCM window (Nov 27 – Dec 1) and cannot be matched to prior orders.
What’s Not Included
– Bulk orders (25+ units), corporate, private label, or full custom label projects
– Wholesale orders (including Faire orders)
– International shipping fees
– Gift cards at purchase (can be used to buy discounted products, but are not discounted themselves)
Stacking + Codes
– Discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes, offers, or sale events
– Reward points (Smile.io) can still be earned on eligible purchases
– One redemption or discount per order, not both
Shipping
– Processing time during sales up to 7 business days, not including carrier transit or delivery time
– Upgrades such as Rush My Order will prioritize processing but do not include expedited shipping unless selected at checkout
– Delivery confirmations always refer to carrier scans, not studio handoff
Returns + Exchanges
– Returns and exchanges are accepted on unburned, unused, undamaged products purchased at retail within 14 days of delivery, excluding seconds, samples, sale exclusions, or final custom projects
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Order Changes + Cancellations
– We cannot guarantee edits, additions, or swaps once a sale order is placed
– If an item sells out, we will reach out and offer a product swap or offer a refund for the unavailable item
Legal Safety
– All products are labeled, poured, and shipped in Nashville, TN
– By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale
– We reserve the right to update or clarify terms, correct pricing errors, or cancel fraudulent orders
