Refund policy

We know that a candle is a difficult purchase to make online. We are so confident that you will love your gold + ivy candle that if you don’t love it, send it back and we will refund your purchase 100%. 

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your order on all items that are unburned, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you decide to return an item, email us at hello@goldandivy.com with your order number and we will send you shipping instructions to return your item. Purchases of sales items, seconds, and sample sets excluded. Refunds currently only open for U.S.A.
